For over seventeen years Mr. Lowder has been designing business processes and supporting software that sparked business transformation for insurance industry clients, managed care organizations, medical providers, service industry providers and general business. For payers such as large employers and managed care companies, he has created medical claim processing systems and integrated managed care oversight programs.

Ms. Lowder began her career as a property and casualty insurance broker for large manufacturing concerns, healthcare organizations and government entities. Later, she shifted her attention to designing and implementing employee benefits programs as well as administering property and casualty risk programs for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, HMO's, PPO's, and rehabilitation centers. She has developed national programs that trained insurance industry representatives and concerned medical professionals in the dynamics of managed care from the provider and payer perspective.
